A major goal of BABA Express is to attain and maintain ISO 9000 Certification.  To do so, BABA Express will create standardized work instructions for each duty and responsibility, specific enough that a seasoned employee or new hire can follow them step-by-step and feel confident that they are performing the task correctly.  In addition, each work instruction will be tailored to each customer on site to ensure that all regulatory requirements for each product and service are met without fail.  Lastly, each set of work instructions will be subject to regular review, and will be updated as needed to ensure requirements are constantly met and through our Lean Methods, any process improvements are implemented.
